I've had this problem too since day one - no /dev/tty.usbmodem* device on OSX. Tried installing the driver linked to above without success. I've also tried dropping the specified baud rate in boot.py. LoPy then fails to boot and needs safe resetting. Help!

safeboot and serial REPL questions
Hi, I'm reluctant to tinker with wifi settings on the wipe at the moment, as I can't get the serial REPL to work. If I need to safe boot, where abouts on the expansion board is pin 28 broken out to? Is it the little conductive dot, next to the mounting hole and safe boot label? I'm struggling to get...

Thanks for your help folks.
I found that I could access ftp from command line, and later it started working from cyberduck. No joy from OS X, but at least I can access boot.py etc now. Does your point about one connection apply to ftp/telnet at the same time?

Hi Very pleased to have received my wipy/extension board yesterday. As a noob user, I'm having problems connecting to the ftp server, and consequently can't do much with it yet (especially in absence of tutorials). I've successfully connected through the wifi ap via telnet and the board seems happy ...
