Is it D1 (LED_BLUE) from the schematics, connected to SOP2 pin through MOSFET?
According to this table it should be connected to GP25. Is it the same pin as SOP2?

I found this info in CC3200 datasheet. It means that SOP2 pin can act as GPIO25.

Yes, it's the same pin GP25, it can only be used as an output since it's shared with SOP2.
