Github notifications
Github notifications
Quick question: I get all emails from any uPy activity per mail, which is fine, but what happens sometimes is I go through them too fast and miss some mentions. So ideally I would like to get seperate emails to another address for those mentions. Is this possible and how? The notifications page has something like "You can send notifications to different verified email addresses depending on the organization that owns the repository. " but that is kinda vague - e.g. if I create an organization for myself, will this change anything?

Re: Github notifications
The GitHub settings page https://github.com/settings/emails lets you add an extra email address. Will this not do the trick?

No, I already have multiple email adresses, but can't seem to route notifications to more than one
Re: Github notifications
You should be able to just setup another github account with a new email and get email messages routed to that.
I use filters in gmail to route messages from each project into their own label.

Isn't that against the terms of service, though?dhylands wrote:You should be able to just setup another github account with a new email and get email messages routed to that.
Re: Github notifications
Clever, that would indeed work. Does require some housekeeping though.
