Hi, have you tested the ESP32 board with any other code? Kindly check if you can upload any other simple code to the ESP-32.

Could not find any micropython library for doing this task. Let's see what the other users have to say.

Have you tried any other baud rate? For example, 9600?

You can get some solutions from this old thread: viewtopic.php?t=6244

Have you checked the baud rates of the two devices? Usually, these '???' appear when there is a baud rate mismatch.
