Re: EMMC Flash Mounting issues

I see on the description when purchasing the emmc module that it should have a 'positioning' marker in the corner but for one, mine does not, and second, what would that do anyway? So it has no bump in that corner at all? (Unlike the photo) I think the idea is that bump fits just alongside the SD c...

Re: EMMC Flash Mounting issues

Just received my emmc today and wondering - why is the connector set un-keyed and which way is up? Looks like it can be rotated 180 degrees and still plugged in? I see on the description when purchasing the emmc module that it should have a 'positioning' marker in the corner but for one, mine does n...

Re: MicroPython on ESP32 with SPIRAM support

I found the ESP32-WROVER module pretty cheap on electrodragon, but ... Does anyone know where to get a breakout board for it ? You mean like this?: https://twitter.com/Xiaoj329/status/919954813751762944 Yeah, me too. Looks just like the one from analoglamb so I'm hoping there's one on the way.

Re: Drivers for Waveshare 2.13inch E-Ink display

I know this is a little bit of an old thread - but maybe take a look at the Pimoroni inky phat as a reference (for this size and python library)? It appears to be a "Good Display" GDEW0213Z16. They can be purchased at smart-prototyping.com and I think Aliexpress has them too but you'd still need a d...

Win10 driver - fixed with STM VCP driver?

Was having a lot of problems with Win10 and the pyboard. Just googled for STM CDC driver and came across this: http://www.st.com/en/development-tools/ ... 32102.html and installing it fixed all my problems (no more com port locking up, drive shows up). Seems an easy fix.

Re: update data to thingspeak

After a quick look it seems like you could use MQTT? I've been testing the umqtt.simple for displaying messages on a feather huzzah with oled thru mosquitto on a RPi3 and it's working quite well. I can't say for sure on thingspeak because I do see something about mqspeak and it's a little unclear wh...

Re: SiPy internationally transportable?

Actually, it looks like that's impossible via the listed ATMEL chip. I can only guess but it looks like they'd have to use a different chip to hit the AU frequency anyway. The ATA8520E is 868MHz and 902MHz but Pycom is saying the SiPy uses 915-928MHz for AU (plus New Zealand and South America). That...

SiPy internationally transportable?

Wondering about the SiPy....will the sigfox radio frequency be fixed based on the shipping address or is it configurable in software? Wondering if I move from US to AU will I be able to bring it with me?
