Was having a lot of problems with Win10 and the pyboard. Just googled for STM CDC driver and came across this: http://www.st.com/en/development-tools/ ... 32102.html and installing it fixed all my problems (no more com port locking up, drive shows up). Seems an easy fix.

Actually, it looks like that's impossible via the listed ATMEL chip. I can only guess but it looks like they'd have to use a different chip to hit the AU frequency anyway.
