Well, there are multiple options, not only Pycharm.
For an IDE that's less complex to install and configure, I recommend Thonny.
Just install the needed plugins and you're done.

Looks interesting!
Will there be a Kickstarter for it?
Is the design opensource, like the first Pyboard?
Will you offer shields for it with LCD screens and the like, or leave that to the community?
