Re: maximum recursion depth exceeded

SInce you raised that question both on this Forum and on the micropython.org forum, would you mind to tell, which version of the firmware you are using? Thanks Robert. I replied on the Pycom forum. I hope it's ok to post on both. I'm using the Pycom port on LoPy and WiPy. I'm not too familiar with ...

Re: maximum recursion depth exceeded

I know this has been asked elsewhere, but the answer I require hasn't appeared. My code, which uses threads but has no (intentional) recursive calls is throwing "maximum recursion depth exceeded" exceptions. Using this test : def recursion_check(count): try: return recursion_check(count+1) except: r...

Re: enabling uos features in unix port

I was looking for getcwd(). I can work the rest out from an example. I've tried defining a few config macros here and there without much success but I haven't really got time to figure it all out. I'm building on WSL (Linux HPZ17G5-3G18 4.4.0-18362-Microsoft #476-Microsoft Fri Nov 01 16:53:00 PST 20...

enabling uos features in unix port

Hi all,

I wonder if the Makefile and mpconfigport.h macro definitions for enabling features in the uos module are documented anywhere?

Cheers!

Re: ESP32 Long Range Mode 1 km

Thanks! You're right! I'm pretty sure I tried that earlier, but I had another error in my code, and lost the thread... anyway... >>> >>> import network as nw >>> wlan = nw.WLAN(nw.STA_IF) >>> wlan.active(True) W (18387343) phy_init: failed to load RF calibration data (0x1102), falling back to full c...

Re: ESP32 Long Range Mode 1 km

Hi, I've added this rough implementation of phy_mode() to modnetwork.c (with a view to enabling LR mode) and flashed it to a sparkfun thing, but I get ESP_ERR_INVALID_ARG. Calling phy_mode() with no args just returns the error values, (0, 12289, 12292, 258), so I can decode them. STATIC mp_obj_t esp...

Re: C module programming reference

I forgot to mention yesterday that in my reference, each module is a minimal C example that you can start to hack right away.
@Zoltán

Absolutely! Your examples are great! :-)
