Re: Micropython V1.14 Problem

I'd would be helpful if you add details of the crash from the console.

And if the debug level doesn't impact the crash, I'd suggest raising it.

If it's a brownout, you need to provide more power.

Re: SPI periphery for esp32-wroom-32u

Heres the devkit-c pinout
https://components101.com/microcontroll ... 32-devkitc

You need the dev-kit's pinout, not the pinout for the WROOM.

Re: Why UART2 read do not work after hard reset?

for some reason after power on boot returned bytearray is like bytearray(b'\x00\x00\xa2\xff\x86\x01\x9a=\x00') but when UART works it is like bytearray(b'\xff\x86\x01\xfd=\x00\x00\x00?') where first FF is the key for proper reading. b'\x00\x00\xa2\xff\x86\x01\x9a=\x00' b'\xff\x86\x01\xfd=\x00\x00\x...

Re: Use websockets server and client at same time, posible?

Thats looks great!, I'm new using uPython (not Python). I tryed to do this with arduino, but doesnt work. I'm not sure what you mean by with Arduino? Do you mean Arduino IDE, or do you mean an Arduino board with an ESP32 MCU? I will need a secure connection (https or tls), so Can I have a WS server...

Re: Use websockets server and client at same time, posible?

I pulled this example out of a private project. I wouldn't call this a solution as much as a (hopefully) functional example. https://github.com/marcidy/micropython-uasyncio-webexample The README explains a bit. 95% of the effort is work done by others on this forum. I mashed Peter Hinch's asyncio tu...

Re: Use websockets server and client at same time, posible?

Yes, especially if you use asyncio. I currently am doing this exact thing on v1.13, after modifying an existing websocket implementation to work with the new uasyncio, and writing a very limited http server. The http server serves a static page with jquery which creates a ws connection back to the d...

Re: WLAN.status() always reports STAT_CONNECTING but expect STAT_WRONG_PASSWORD

I'm looking at this now on 1.13, and I don't see how to capture the STAT_WRONG_PASSWORD at all. The reconnect loop, which is a great feature, gives no ability to collect the right status since it leaps right into a new connection. modnetwork.c, in func event_handler if (wifi_sta_connect_requested) {...

Re: dotENV Files

The btree module is well suited for storing key-value pair data in a file on the file system. I wrapped it in a module called "storage" with get and put methods that take ascii values, like this: import btree CORE_STORAGE = "data" # Do this only once, it will overwite a previous file with a new one ...

Re: MicroWebSrv2 on M5atom lite (ESP32)

I had to compile it in as a frozen module to get it to work. Not sure that will address your exact issue. Sorry I can't help further, I didn't use it beyond a bit of exploring. Ended up going the asyncio route.
