I was Stuck on the Same Issue. HOW TO SOLVE IT(ESP32 and ESP8266) -> 1) go to https://www.espressif.com/en/support/download/at. (or google search ESP firmware) 2) Download the firmware of your choice. 3) The firmware is inside the downloaded folder.(with `.bin` ext) 4) Install it after uninstalling ...
