I found one of these displays available from banggood available for less than $5!

I have one on order. Thanks for the library.

Adafruit has just released Circuit Python 3.0 alpha with support for SAMD51 M4. https://forums.adafruit.com/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=131862

They have been developing for the M4 for a number of months: https://www.adafruit.com/product/3382

Damien has also hinted at new developments here.

Be sure to check out the Raspberry Pi. It is essentially a full computer designed for learning. I must have bricked my display somehow. I have never gotten a pixel out of it. :(
