Re: SPI start stop latency

Thanks for your response. Micro-Python hspi.write(data) can only take byte array as a parameter, is it needed that Micro-Python converts all the values it needs from Python types to C types? This leads on to 2 more questions. Q1. Python is a higher level language with more checks than C. Is it possi...

Re: ILI9340/ILI9341 TFT Display

I have added the scale-able text placer and remover to the master branch. You can choose the foreground and background colour of the text as well as the scale size. There is also a text remover so when you place text ontop of a back ground image you can remove the text and restore the backgound imag...

SPI start stop latency

I search and couldn't find anything on this topic. I am writing a library for a SPI screen and this involves busing larger amounts of data via SPI to the screen. I have noticed if I have a large amount of data and I send it in 1 large chunck it goes very fast but if I send the same amount of data in...

Re: mpy-IMU / fusion with FXAS/FXOS chips

Thanks for your response. I haven't yet invested much time in the IMU because all the robot guys that I talk too don't seem to have good things to say about their experience with IMU's mainly because of the problems with magnetometer. At some point I will have to bite the bullet and have a go, I was...
