Hello

Managed to work it out after a lot of digging in the code had to add :- FROZEN_MPY_DIR="/home/sysadmin/modules" to get them to add.

Hello

Thanks for the info pretty much what I found when doing a little more probing sold faulty goods, after getting the camera out (macro) and looking at the chips looks like a fake chip, managed to get a script loading via Arduino the chip is actually a 4MB chip and not a 16MB chip.

Is there any news on getting micropython running on a 8266 with 16MB memory, I have look through the posts on this but still my device keeps resetting.

Hello

All working now make ran through with no issue and board boots so I am more than happy.
Going to take a break as my computer room is currently running at over 30C and so sticky.

Hello What would be the best options for LAN, I seem to be stuck as the W5500 module I have isnt getting the right IP from the DHCP server, I have just ordered a LAN8270 RMII module as this seems to be fully supported on the MCU. The W5500 module doesnt have a MAC address which is why it doesnt work...

Hello

Just received my 2nd vet board and currently working on writing code so I can fully utilize the W5500 chip I have found that the board / micropython doesnt request a IP address from my server.

Is there any tutorials for how to use the ptr32, ptr16 and a little stuck on that.
