Adafruit has just released Circuit Python 3.0 alpha with support for SAMD51 M4. https://forums.adafruit.com/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=131862

MicroPython support (Christine) came to the rescue. She provided the proper pin connections to ensure that the board is operational: // On the right side of your pyboard you'll find the Pins named: X4, Y9, Y10, GND and V+.
