The pin cannot provide such current directly. I suggest to use high-side P-channel MOSFET to control the load (pump).

I usually use DMP2066 for switching of external components.

Re: ESP32 PIN.OUT voltage
What do you mean by "pump" and what is its maximum input current?

Good work!

Re: Crowdfunding of ESP32 port development
I am aware of the port and Loboris really did a great job. However I would prefer to put my money into mainline which is maintained and updated regularly and by multiple contributors.

Re: Crowdfunding of ESP32 port development
I am sure that Pyboard D will be superior to ESP32 boards in many aspects. On the other hand due to pricing and availability it will probably be suitable for special applications and not for mass market IoT products for which it would be an overkill, technically speaking. In my opinion ESP32-WROOM/E...

There is an effort going to port LittlevGL to Micropython. Open issue: https://github.com/littlevgl/lvgl/issues/557 Micropython fork (work on progresss): https://github.com/kisvegabor/lv_mpy Very interesting project. Is my understanding correct that for now it is possible to test only with Unix port?

Crowdfunding of ESP32 port development
What is your opinion on crowdfunding of ESP32 port development? If several forum members would agree on which features should be developed and would be willing to participate financially a developer could be hired for several weeks, preferably one of regular contributors to the repository. Another o...

Re: New ESP32 development board DMtech DEV01 with NB-IoT interface
Prototype of the board was assembled. Initial test shows that the board can attach to NB-IoT network and antenna sensitivity seems to be pretty good as well.
