How to update WiPy software?

Dear all,
How to update WiPy software?
I can not get a connection with FTP. Filezilla or WinSCP!
There is really a problem with wipy documentation. It is not clear how to do!
Please, I someone can give a clear procedure it will be nice!

Problem partially solved!
for Telnet REPL is ok. My mistakes : forget to connect to Wipy server. Thanks to youtube videos!
Now, I am trying to transfert file via ftp.
For instant, with filezilla on windows 7 I got this:

Try setting the FTP server to passive mode, as explained at http://micropython.org/resources/docs/e ... ftp-access

I find my problem. It is the port. I have used 22. Now it works but with 21. I have learned that ftp is on port 21.
