first program with MicroPython and esptool for my DSTIKE watch

Hi folks,
I have a DSTIKE watch (https://dstike.com/products/dstike-deauther-watch-v2) that I would like to program myself. How can I write a simple hello world program with MicroPython and transfer it to the clock as a bin file with the esptool? I have already managed a backup of the firmware with the esptool.
