[ATSAMD] How to flash firmware to board?

Board: 'ADAFRUIT_ITSYBITSY_M4_EXPRESS', or 'MINISAM_M4'
Way 1: firmware.bin, use J-Link SWD interface, which address should I flash the .bin firmware to board? I try flash it to 0x0, but can't boot correctly.
Way 2: firmware.uf2, how install uf2 bootloader to board?
