pyboard stm32f4 include DSP function.SIP VOIP protocol can be run in pyboard of micropython?

I'm not aware of anybody running SIP protocol on the pyboard. That doesn't mean it can't be done (it also doesn't mean that it can be done either). I'm sure it depends quite a bit on the sample rate being used, the type of compression, and other factors.

The pyboard also doesn't have any native network interface, so you'd need to figure out how to get your SIP data into the pyboard as well.
