I've bought a dspic a long time ago and I'm eager to try some micro-python on it. is there by any chance a way to upload python to is?
the microcontroller that I bought can be seen here: http://www.microchip.com/wwwproducts/en ... EP512GM604
pic33 and dspic
Re: pic33 and dspic
(yes, old post, but if someone looks for it:)
There is a port to 16bit PIC / dsPic which we originally backed.
https://github.com/micropython/micropyt ... s/pic16bit
The port has some limitations and require some adjustments, see also this recent post:

We will now start using the port, too, and I try to share related information / MPLAB X project details as this proceeds.
