[SMT32F401] settings to get top 84MHz speed and USB 48MHz

I'm seeing how the 12MHz crystal of the G30TH allows 72MHz, and fiddling with numbers. Has anyone already figured this out?
I can choose other standard crystal values such as 16MHz... and get 96MHz easily, but that's not allowed on the F401.

How to get 84MHz?
