How to choose the right STM32 board ?

Bonjour,
I ask two questions for my first post :-) :

A) Having the three needs : I2C, UART, and WIFI, how to choose the right STM board ? a Nucleo one ? a 32F4xx DISCOVERY one ?

B) Does a library exist to use the 1.54 inch 240x240 pixel screen of the 32F412GDISCOVERY board ?
