I modified the clock configuration of the MCU chip (NUCLEO_F767ZI) similar to my board.
After several compilations, the REPL is able to function properly and can also control the LEDs.
However, it has not been able to enter the REPL at the time of compiling, and the LED status is a slow flashing of the red LED and the green LED.
