Cpython ble api android l2cap kivy

Is someone aware of a Cpython API with the following compatibility requirements ?
- Android (ideally linux and windows)
- CPython
- Bluetooth low energy
- Kivy
- asyncio
- l2cap

i.e. Cpython conterpart of:
micropython-lib/micropython/bluetooth/aioble/

The only thing I've seen that's close is Bleak -- https://github.com/hbldh/bleak
