Hi Eric,
I think this repo should be useful -
https://github.com/mattytrentini/micropython-mcp7940 .
Just download/clone this repo to your pc and copy the mcp7940.py to your esp32. Then follow the readme file for usage.

Thank, I find information on tonny to send file on disk, it's work very well.
