@Damien, @pfalcon: Since the database stretch goal is achieved (thanks so much for putting dbm on production plan!) I second the voices pro informing PYBv1.0 backers about that and also about the other synergy effects of the ESP8266 campaign via brief ad-free message :-). Cheers!

Wow we are going to get some native Xtensa love! I am sure this will take a bit of time but I am quite looking forward to having a bit of a play with this.

Thanks! Yes it does really highlight that our community is strong and willing to give to keep it growing. I'm really blown away by how well we have done so far on this campaign.

Thanks guys for your continued support! And - it's less than a week left. Yesterday, we posted an in-depth review on what ESP8266 is, how it became so successful, and what MicroPython going to do to make it even more successful. We'd like to take that a chance to get even more people to know about ESP8266, and MicroPython too. So, we kindly ask you to upvote a HackerNews link, to not let it go off-chart too soon: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11174534 . Thanks!

Didn't work out with HackerNews this time. If you wanted to upvote something, but were late, there's still a chance:

@damien: You did a great job with that message on the original pyboard kickstarter project. No advertising at all and to the point a fantastic recap of the success, you and the other core developers did achieve!

Personally I do also not like cross-advertising as you did share your opinion earlier. You did successfully skip this!
