I/O expander

All ESP8266 boards running MicroPython.
Official boards are the Adafruit Huzzah and Feather boards.
Target audience: MicroPython users with an ESP8266 board.

@deshipu Good idea using the boot-mode resistors. I'll be using that from now on :D

Did anyone test how fast you can toggle outputs and read inputs?

For the boot resistor on GPIO0, what is the flash mode? Is it required to flash new firmware?
