Can not flash SonOff with MP

All ESP8266 boards running MicroPython.
Official boards are the Adafruit Huzzah and Feather boards.
Target audience: MicroPython users with an ESP8266 board.

Before investing too much time in the Sonoff you might like to read my experiences with four of their powerline switch boards. I spent a great deal of time trying to make them work reliably and failed.
