lora dev euid for ttn v3

dear, i am probably missing something so, i rather ask
- i am using esp32 mh et live / ttgo lora32 / or just esp32 wrover chip
- 868mhz radio with semtech chip / cannot identify the manufacture but it looks like

i am now migrating gateways and devices from TTN v2 -> v3
at V2 version TTN has generated DEVeui for ABP activation. but for V3 it does not. i was searching for information in datasheets or else where how to get it, but did not succeed.
please can anybody provide info where or how to get this id.
