Copying certificate file to flash/cert/

hi,
i am trying to connect to a server over a secured connection using ssl. As this link suggests,

I have to copy files to the internal flash folder
Please help. i am stuck.

I have to copy files to the internal flash folder
my question is, how do i do that?Such certificates must be stored as files using the FTP server, and they must be placed in specific paths with specific names.
Please help. i am stuck.
