Configure ESP32 WiFi over Bluetooth

Is there a way to configure WiFi over BLE using micropython ? I heard that micropython still does not support ESP32 BLE is that true ?

Same question. Trying to investigate, maybe GATT? Like emulating the BluFi Library from Espressif?

This is supported on ESP32 and STM32 (e.g. pyboard d)
