Checksum failed, partition is not bootable.

Hi, im writing new firmware i got an error:
E (608) esp_image: Checksum failed. Calculated 0x3d read 0x7e
E (608) boot: Factory app partition is not bootable
E (609) boot: No bootable app partitions in the partition table
I can't go into boot mode now, how to do erase_flash?
