LED pin on

Hello , i have bought ESP32-DevKitC-32U from the link shown bellow ,in Thonny I entered the standart code of testing inner LED
shown bellow , and nothing happened.
I cant find the pinout schmatics of this device.
Why pin 2 is not built in LED?

No LED shown on pin2. Also be careful some GPIO can not be used, see "strapping pins".

My ESP-01S do have a blue LED on pin2.

Hello,i have opened the schemtics file and i cant see which peripherty on what pin ESP32-DevKitC-32U
Where there are writings on the CHip D0 D1 etc.. what pin are they in ESP32-DevKitC-32U,What peripery they can be used for.
Below i have found a pinout from the link shown bellow but the names on the pins are totaly different.
Could you please help me with understanding ON my device what is the GPIO number of each pin and what peryphery its used for?
