Link between docs.mpy.org and pybd.io

The Pyboard D-series docs are served from a separate domain: https://pybd.io/
The main MicroPython docs subdomain: https://docs.micropython.org/en/latest/

Should the MicroPython docs have a sidebar link to the D-series docs, and vice versa?

The idea was that the pyboard-d was a product being sold by George Robotics, and so shouldn't get special treatment in the MicroPython docs, in the same way that we don't have specific documentation for any other boards.

Well... except the original pyboard. But that's just because it pre-dates the generic STM32 port. I am working on a big overhaul of the docs (that keeps snowballing into a bigger and bigger project) but this is one of the things I was trying to address.

There is some useful generic-micropython and generic-stm32 stuff on pybd.io though that could be moved into the docs.
