Micro Python should run easily on this. See http://forum.micropython.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=476 for discussion on getting uPy running on a FEZ board.

It looks like this particular board (CerBot) has been discontinue by ghielectronics (the manufacturer) and my guess is that once stock runs out, you won't be able to get it anymore.

I picked one up, and I've created a board definition for it. If anybody else is interested let me know.
