Surface mount soldering: can anyone help with two chips?

Thanks for all the suggestions: I've now done it based mainly on plenty of flux and solder wick, testing with a meter until all pins were connected. I can't pretend it was easy. Having done it you can't thoroughly visually inspect it with the pads being under the chip so to some extent the quality of the joints must be questionable. But the chips will do for my purposes.
