The three non-external PDF files of the doc section have broken (not preprocessed?) links: http://micropython.org/doc/
(I already found the docs found the docs, just reporting the links)

Work well for me. If still an issue, can you please copy URLs as you (your browser) sees them, and name the browser/version.

Two were broken for me earlier as well, but they seem to be working now as well, so obviously they've been fixed.

They were something like: http://micropython.org/static/{% doc/PYBv10b.pdf %} or http://micropython.org/{% doc/PYBv10b.pdf %}
That's why I said seems like not preprocessed.
