ST7789 Driver

I updated https://github.com/russhughes/st7789_mpy to support the Raspberry Pi Pico.

Appreciate the effort for the Firmware for the Pico... i have tried using it however after loading it there seems to be a issue with UART0(GPS module) for some odd reason the GPS Module is unable to update my application speed string with this firmware.
If i roll back to 1.14 starts working again.
