Using MFA Authentication / Cisco Duo

I'm trying to setup an Adafruit Trinkey RP2040 QT that will require MFA via Cisco Duo before running a script. The board is setup like a rubber ducky right now to automate some tedious tasks for my job. It works great, but I'd like to have it a bit more secure than simply storing an admin password in a plain text file. Any suggestions on how I could get this to work?
