RP2040 based microcontroller boards running MicroPython.
Target audience: MicroPython users with an RP2040 boards.
This does not include conventional Linux-based Raspberry Pi boards.

it is possible to take a backup of the content of the eeprom using Thonny

If you mean the flash?

Not sure about thonny but rshell can do this with "cp -r"
