Crash with hard pin IRQ

RP2040 based microcontroller boards running MicroPython.
Target audience: MicroPython users with an RP2040 boards.
This does not include conventional Linux-based Raspberry Pi boards.

A word of warning for anyone using hard pin IRQ's on the Pi Pico.

I tried to measure the latency of hard pin IRQ's. It proved problematic as the machine crashes needing a power cycle. I have raised this issue.
