re-braining dinosaur robot Pleo

hi, I just did a little "unit test" building a motor controller, potentiometer read by an analog-digital converter (mcp3208) and two buttons for forward / backward control. the setup is working, now i need to scale it to seven motors and corresponding potentiometers for the back of the robot. here's a video:
