Flash not visible

Assistance needed Please.
For some reason I can no longer see the flash drive (pybflash) with no SD installed. When USB is first plugged in I do see the green light flash on the board. The device manager on windows shows 2 entries of Pyboard Virtural Comm Port in FS Mode. I've tried a couple of computers showing the same results.

Fixed. Safe mode worked.
