Accelrometer on the pyboard-lite - pin compatible alternatives

Accelrometer on the pyboard-lite - pin compatible alternatives

Just wanted to ask if anyone has an idea what accelerometer is on the pyboard lite. It's range is to narrow for my purpose, and the version without the accel still has the footprints on the board - so if there is a pin-compatible version of that sensor with +-16g, I will cry tears of luck.

It's the same as the original pyboard: MMA7660. I don't know of any pin compatible replacements, but I didn't look very hard.
