Can we drive headphones from the DAC+on board Op-Amp?

Fortunately, I won't use DAC module in my pyboard for headphones. As I was just saying, I am focus on DAC module, specially with DAC-CR register because I am using DAC module for sampling a Digital waveform. The point is that I am going to sample a digital waveform just for testing purposes. I would like to convey a long digital frame (1000) bits, but between the DAC and following stage something happend and the DAC output voltage has fall down. In this context, I need to test enabling BOFFx1 from DAC_CR register and tested again if it is disable, because the input impedance of the next stage is unknown. I don't know how to do this... Could somebody help me?
