Update.
I am doing as much research as i can on this, but i did a
import os
os.listdir('/flash")
in REPL and the 4 files are there. But they are still not showing up on COM 5 as a drive on windows 10.
I tried to manually install the Driver pybcdc.inf on Com 5. that did not change anything.
Let me know MicroPython board maker guys.

What brand of board is it? Is it a genuine pybV1.1 from Damien or something else? It sounds like something with a dual USB to serial chip or debugger like ST-LINK. Genuine Pyboard won't generate 2 serial ports. Anything with a USB to serial chip won't create a USB dusk drive on the host.

Post a photo, web link or the part numbers of the main chips to help diagnose it.

!#*SOLVED*#!

Thank You chrismas9 For responding.
It is a Genuine PyBoard1.1 that i bought from Sparkfun.
I SOLVED the Problem. When I plugged the Board In i would get two com ports Com 5 And Com6 .
I disabled Both com ports.
uninstalled both device drivers.
unplugged the PyBoard And plugged it Back in and Voila,
The appropriate drivers assigned themselves and the magiC drive appeared.

Peace Everyone.
