Nothing happens when pyboard v1.1 is plugged into Win10 machine

Forgive me. I'm new to MicroPython, which is why I bought a pyboard.
Nothing is happening when the pyboard is plugged into Win10 machine. It's not even being recognized in the Device Manager. What am I missing?
The pyboard green led flashes for a second then goes off, but nothing happens on the PC.
Let me know if there is any additional info that would be helpful.

Swapped cables and now all is good.
