upycraft serial

when i connect my pyboard to usb i cant see a serial.
on mac i see.on pc i dont see.
in addition i install cp210x but it didn't help me.
any one has idea ?

By PC do you mean Windows? Is it Windows 10 or an earlier version? I'm fairly sure on earlier versions you have to install the driver? (But not cp210x, that's for a different USB interface. The pyboard driver is available on the USB drive "PYBFLASH" that should show up).

It maybe conflict with ST driver if you install ST software before. Please delete the device in device manager then insert USB again.
