MicroPython has now more than 3000 stars and recently reached 100th contributor in Github's counting (and Github uses peculiar way of counting - there're actually more than 100 people contributed code and patches to uPy): https://github.com/micropython/micropython

Well, all that makes MicroPython quite a massive project. Even something called CPython has only 1633 stars now: https://github.com/python/cpython (well, that's a cheating, as they only recently migrated to Github ;-) ).

We reached 1000 forks on Github. Given that there're 4333 stars now, it's an excellent ratio of folks who're ready to hack on MicroPython!

Forks should be evaluated for activity, then counted if any )
