Common Library Repository

Has a common repo for peripheral libraries been designated yet? By repo, I simply mean an organized list of libraries with brief descriptions and either attached or linked source. For Parallax Propeller users, the obex is irreplaceable. (obex.parallax.com)

If not, I'd like to see this happen and am willing to put in either some or all of the work to make it so.
