Disable UART1 boot messages

All ESP8266 boards running MicroPython.
Official boards are the Adafruit Huzzah and Feather boards.
Target audience: MicroPython users with an ESP8266 board.

...of course devices connected to the ESP32 and not the same device connected to an other Micropython host.

Yes, I connected the ESP32 via serial to a Pi and observed the same behavior. Should I just post an issue at https://github.com/micropython/micropython-esp32?
